About
Im a first-generation Latina Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR-trained therapist serving clients in my private practice. Born and raised in Los Angeles, I understand firsthand the complex intersections of culture, identity, family expectations, and resilience that shape so many of our lived experiences. As a bilingual therapist (Spanish/English), I strive to create a space where you can show up fully, without having to translate your words, your feelings, or your story.
I earned my MSW and MPH dual degrees from the University of Southern California, and much of my early career was rooted in medical settings, where I supported individuals and families navigating illness, trauma, and major life transitions. This background taught me the power of whole person care and deep listening.
In my practice, I integrate EMDR, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive therapy to help clients process the past, move through current challenges, and step into their authentic selves. My goal is to support you with compassion, directness, and a collaborative spirit, meeting you where you are and honoring the strength it takes to seek help.
